Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in exchange for store credit.   • All items are eligible for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with all original packaging intact.
  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Store Credit Return:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To initiate a store credit return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the item you wish to return.
  3. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Inspection and Approval:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
  • If the item is approved, we will issue store credit for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).

Store Credit Issuance:

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a unique code.
  • This code can be used towards future purchases on our website.

Store Credit Validity:

  • Store credit codes are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
  • After the expiration date, the store credit will no longer be valid.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
